Christopher Little, BA, LLB

Christopher joined Bacchus as an articling student at the beginning of 2008, and brought with him a variety of legal experience at the professional and academic levels.

As a law student at the University of British Columbia, Christopher worked as a research assistant creating material for two new law classes, served as a member of the student government executive and acted as a key contributor to the faculty’s curriculum committee. After graduating from law school, he taught business law at a community college and worked in the legal department of a large wealth management provider prior to becoming part of the Bacchus team.

Outside of work, Christopher is an active participant in the cultural life of Vancouver.  He is a former director of the Vancouver Recital Society and a member of the City of Vancouver Public Art Committee.

 

His main practice areas include:

  • Mergers and acquisitions

  • Corporate governance, compliance and disclosure obligations and general corporate matters

  • Prospectus and registration statements

  • Communications with various securities regulatory authorities
