Articling with Bacchus

We provide one of the few intensive corporate and securities law articling experiences in Vancouver. Our articling students are given substantial responsibilities, handling their own files and interacting closely with clients.

In most cases, our students are involved in the process of taking a company public, from start to finish. They assist clients with incorporations, minute book set ups, annual and quarterly report filing, finance agreements, mergers and acquisitions, registration statements, communications with securities regulators and stock exchanges and dispute resolution.

We offer a salary competitive with that of most Vancouver firms, provide a full salary during PLTC attendance and pay all PLTC fees.

We have regular social activities with staff and clients such as lunches, dinners, receptions and special events.

Articling positions

We have no plans to hire an articling student for the 2010-2011 articling year.
