As the CEO of Bacchus Law Corporation, Penny leads a team of sixteen legal professionals providing US and Canadian securities legal services to new and established enterprises. Penny has taken over 40 companies public in Canada and the US and oversees all aspects of the going public process for her clients, from initial corporate structure, through various financing rounds and to listing on a stock exchange. Her clients have operations in Europe, Africa, North America and Asia and include public companies in mineral exploration, oil and gas, oil and gas field services, alternate fuels and other sustainable energies, carbon reduction technologies, water purification, biotechnology, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, education and real estate. In the past few years, Penny has been the lead legal counsel for dozens of public companies, advising them on accessing capital, developing corporate governance strategies and effective securities compliance programs.  Penny is recognized as a leader in her field and is often asked to speak at conferences and educational seminars for public companies, and public company professionals.

Penny is also an entrepreneur and has co-founded several successful businesses in various industries, including biofuels and pharmaceuticals.  She is also the owner of Bacchus Filings Inc. a company that provides EDGAR filing and other corporate services to public companies.
